Stu Galvis

Stu Galvis, GRI, EcoBroker, LEED AP, is one of the foremost green real estate consultants in the country. At the tail-end of 4 generations of real estate salespeople, Stu has been focused primarily on Energy Efficiency, Home Health, and Resource Efficiency in real estate and home-building since 2004. After founding the consulting team Boulder Green Properties in 2005, he began to focus more intently on the impacts of sustainable living, global climate change and advanced building science on residential buildings. As a result of this newfound focus, in 2007, he was selected by EcoBroker International, the green real estate designation, to become their first practicing Realtor certified as a national instructor. He now teaches green real estate sales and marketing, valuation and building science across North America. Stu currently holds a position with EcoBroker International, serves on the board of directors of the Boulder Green Building Guild, and is an Assistant-Director of Al Gore’s Climate Project.
